If you hold an AIX investment product and have not received a payment you expected, whether in recent months or going back even further, a private, verified group of investors is being formed to share information, compare experiences, and walk through the official complaint channels together.

Caution: unsolicited offers of paid help

If anyone contacts you privately claiming to be a lawyer, an agent, or an official, and offers, for a fee, to obtain payments on your behalf: stop, and verify independently before paying anyone anything.

This group is only for connecting investors so they can talk to each other. It is completely free. We will never ask you for any money, for any reason, and we will never contact you first.

We will never ask for your AIX dashboard username or password, your login details, one-time codes, or any other sensitive information. We do not need them, and we would never request them. Anyone asking for any of this in our name is an impostor.

Verified members only

Every applicant must prove they are a genuine AIX investor before joining. No journalists, no onlookers, no anonymous strangers with an agenda.

Information, not accusation

The group is for sharing facts: payment timelines, official procedures, and members' own experiences. We do not run campaigns and we do not make allegations.

No fees, no donations, no services sold, no referral commissions. If anyone asks you for money in our name, they are not us.

To be clear, what this is not

  • Not a recovery service. We do not, and cannot, get your money back for you, and we would never ask to be paid to try.
  • Not affiliated with AIX. We have no connection to AIX Investment Group or any related entity, and we make no allegations against any company.
  • Not a business. There are no fees, no donations, and nothing for sale. It is run by volunteers who are investors themselves.

Which entity issued your product?

Products sold under the AIX name involve entities in more than one country. According to the companies' own published materials:

Dubai, UAE

AIX Financial Consultation LLC lists offices in Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, in its own published materials.

Cayman Islands

An issuing entity, AIX Secure SPV Ltd, is referenced in published materials and may be named in your contract. Check your own documents.

Zurich, Switzerland

A Zurich office appears in the company's own materials, and some AIX products reference European listings.

Your own contract tells you which entity you dealt with and which courts and governing law it names. Check your own documents. Once the group is formed, members will be able to compare notes on exactly this. The group does not sell legal services and takes no referral fees.

    A short form: your contract reference, when you invested, and a private way to reach you. No documents, no amounts, no personal details.

    Verify privately

    We confirm you are a genuine investor in a private conversation. Verification documents are never stored on this site and are deleted within 48 hours.

    Get your code

    Your application gets a unique code. The only legitimate contact you will ever receive from us quotes that code. No code, not us.

    Join the private group

    Approved members are invited individually to an end-to-end encrypted group. The invite link is never public.

Common questions

Who runs this?
It is being set up by individual investors acting as unpaid volunteers. Admins stay pseudonymous for privacy, and members may too. Roles and rules will be published inside the group.
Is this site accusing AIX of anything?
No. This site makes no allegations. Investors with contractual payment disputes have every right to share information with each other and to use official complaint channels. That is all this group exists to do.
Does it cost anything?
Never. No fees, no donations, nothing for sale. Treat any request for money made in our name as an impersonation attempt and report it to us.
Why are you so vague about what to enter and how verification works?
On purpose. Genuine investors recognize their own contract reference and their own investor account; impostors do not. The less we publish about what verification looks like, the harder it is for impostors and outsiders to fake their way in. These strict rules exist to protect genuine investors, and they are also our proof to you: we ask for evidence, never for money.
Why does joining matter?
Numbers. A larger group of verified investors carries more weight in official processes, shares the effort of complaints and paperwork, and, where members choose to act together, makes any collective step stronger. Every verified member helps every other member.
What do you store about me?
The minimum: your contact handle, your investment month, and a cryptographic fingerprint of your contract reference, never the reference itself. We never collect amounts, names, or identity documents through this site.
